They are equally strategic and hands-on, able to design long-term growth strategies while executing short-term campaigns that deliver measurable results. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with integrity, inspires their team, and combines creativity, analytical skills, and strong business acumen to elevate both brand and revenue performance.

Requirements:

• Open for local candidates.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive Sales & Marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Preferably experienced in retail, luxury goods, or jewelry industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
• Experience handling both B2B and B2C sales strategies.
• Proven ability to craft short, mid, and long-term marketing plans.
• Successful record in building and leading diverse, high-performing teams.
• Skilled in budgeting, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong ability to analyse trends, competitors, customer segmentation, and consumer behavior.
• Proficient in CRM systems, automation tools, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and data analytics.
• Extensive industry connections and strong negotiation capabilities with strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, trade marketing initiatives, events, and offline promotions.
