ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to build and grow our online presence. You'll be the voice and visual storyteller of Bam Bam Padel, creating engaging content that showcases our community, events, and lifestyle. This role is perfect for someone who loves sports, understands the digital landscape, and can produce polished, eye-catching content on a regular basis.

You'll work closely with our on-site team to capture the energy of our venue and translate it into content that resonates with our audience across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create original, high-quality content for Instagram (primary platform), with potential to expand to TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
• Manage community engagement: respond to DMs, comments, and messages in a timely, friendly manner
• Build and maintain a content calendar; plan, shoot, and edit content weekly
• Collaborate with coaches and staff on-site to organize and execute photo and video shoots at the venue
• Produce content assets (graphics, video clips, carousel posts) for paid advertising campaigns (note: you'll create the assets, not manage the ad spend)
• Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas to keep Bam Bam Padel ahead of the curve
• Track basic performance metrics and report on content engagement

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media content creation or community management
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.), or equivalent tools
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with an eye for composition, color, and aesthetics
• Experience in sports, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality brands (a big plus, but not required)
• Comfortable working on-site at our Ubud venue and collaborating with our team in person
• Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently with minimal hand-holding
• Genuine passion for padel, sports, or community-building
