Job Responsibilities

• Production: Prepare and produce gelato, ice cream, and sorbet following recipes and production procedures. Measure, mix, and process ingredients using specialized equipment (pasteurizer, batch freezer, etc.).
• Flavor Development: Collaborate on new flavors and seasonal specials especially Tea & Coffee Gelato / Ice cream taste. Ensure consistent taste, texture, and quality across all batches.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to health standards.
• Inventory & Prep: Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, and communicate restock needs. Label and store products correctly (temperature and food safety compliance).
• Teamwork & Support: Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team to fulfill daily production needs. Support in customer-facing duties (e.g., scooping, tasting events) if needed.

Requirements

• Experience in food production, pastry, or gelato/ice cream making preferred (training can be provided). Know how to use Thermomix.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy equipment or ingredients (up to 20kg).
• Creative mindset and love for desserts, matcha and tea!
