About the role

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible of purchases of goods according to the needs of projects base on the user’s requirement and as per specified
  lead time. Process OR-to-OP for Parts & Consumables, Part Exchange (PEX/REMAN), Repair, Warranty, Fabrication, Labour, Testing, Calibration, etc. of all unit/machine at all Thiess sites
• Do ordering process for all Thiess Australian Mining (TAM) Sites start from RFQ, OR, approval, generating and release PO to Suppliers.
• Implement procurement standard as per TAM Purchasing SOP and Thiess Procurement policy.
• JDE Housekeeping (No outstanding open OR, outstanding reject OR and follow up outstanding approval OR).
• Implement Thiess procurement policy, TGS Purchasing guidelines, achieve the target of Lead Time OR to OP.
• Use contracted pricing and ensure the contract is valid.

About you

• Minimum Associate/Bachelor Degree with 1-2 year experience in supply chain environment
• Good Communication in English skill (writing & speaking)
• Familiar with MS Office & ERP Knowledge / Oracle JDE
• Familiar with JDE Procurement module
• Able to do cost analysis and evaluation
• Advanced in purchasing material/parts and process. Spare parts or component of heavy equipment and general items knowledge
