RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating visually appealing designs and functional spaces, developing concept, and overseeing the implementation of the final design.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Meet with clients to determine their design preference, budget, and timeline
• Create and develop design concept for proposal and present them to client for approval
• Create detailed floor plan, 3d concept, and mood boards to communicate design ideas
• Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with design concept and determine cost for the project
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and other professional to ensure the design is implemented correctly
• Giving respond to inquiries and following up on design changes and updates to meet clients’ expectations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design styles, themes, trends, and technology related to the business itself.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 2 years of working experience as Interior Designer.
• Excellent in Technical Design and design concept.
• Excellent skills in using Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD, any photo editing software, MS Office.
• Excellent communication, personality, attitude, time management, and team work.
• Deep understanding in various material specification and price range.
• Proficient in English.
