We have recently launched our own website using Shopify and are looking to hire a skilled individual to manage and enhance our online presence.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Shopify Website Manager to oversee the complete management and optimization of our Shopify website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the website looks professional, managing product uploads, optimizing images, and handling all aspects of website maintenance. This is a remote position, and we prefer candidates located in Batam, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and enhance the overall look and feel of the Shopify website to ensure it is professional and user-friendly.
Upload and manage products, ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Optimize product images to match the quality and style of those used on other marketplace platforms.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Manage and update website content, including banners, product descriptions, and blog posts.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure promotions and campaigns are effectively displayed on the website.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Education: A degree or diploma in Web Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in managing and optimizing Shopify websites.
Experience in graphic design or using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Skills:
Strong understanding of Shopify and its various features and apps.
Excellent web design and user experience (UX) skills.
