About the role

In this role, you will:

• Ensure the maintenance availability of BSF lifting equipment is to be achieved.
• Ensure crane rebuild activity is well organized. Ensure all repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Planning & co-ordination of lifting equipment maintenance activity in cooperation with relevant parties.
• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of lifting equipment repairs
• Manage and provide all cranes & lifting equipment inspection schedule as well as the government certification
• Ensure that all cranes/lifting equipment certification, inspections are documented and maintained properly
• Ensure a follow up and close out on the lifting equipment CAR (Corrective Action Report)
• Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheets; ensure submission to planning department with repair and parts recommendation. Ensure crane inspector supervisor and mechanics raise recommended parts list accurately to address all known work and place the plan for the job execution
• Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all lifting equipment in the field and associated area, this includes operator abuse.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employee by ensure all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the TGS/PGS
• Ensure that there is no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TGS/PGS and BSF Management plan are followed.

About you

• Extensive mechanical trade experiences; Preferred in the lifting equipment
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in maintenance & 3 years in supervisory level
• Exposure in Maintenance management
• Familiar with Component Cost Repair and Quote analysis
• PC Literacy
• Understanding of Crane Maintenance, Inspection & Lifting Procedur
• Work in BSF Office; Require Allocating to support Site
• Interaction with internal / external parties
• Strong Commitment in Safety
