Job Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose:

To promote and sell ISUZU commercial vehicles by identifying customer needs, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery. The Sales Consultant will develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell ISUZU commercial vehicles (light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks) to retail and fleet customers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the ISUZU product line, including technical specifications, capabilities, and value propositions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, referrals, showroom traffic, and networking.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Prepare and present quotations, finance options, and vehicle proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, service, parts, registration) to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Participate in promotional events, vehicle demonstrations, and trade shows as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales leads, customer interactions, and transactions using the CRM system.

Job Types: Full-time, Trial period contract
Contract length: 3 months

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (A / C) (Preferred)
