Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system availability, infrastructure project, supporting mining sites locations and providing timely support to users and other IT team members.

Your responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Work closely with other IT team members and departments to coordinate and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with end-users to provide clear instructions and updates
  

Your qualifications

• Education Min D3
• Able and hard skill of Microsoft operating system
• Ability to maintain, manage, and repair software and hardware.
• Have basic technical skill and knowledge in IT Infrastructure
• Have a good understanding of Networking
• Good in English both Verbal and Written.
• Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and feedback to improve performance.
• Integrity - requires being honest and ethical.
