We are a small Tea & Matcha Specialty Cafe, in the growing stage and our Founders will need some hands, to grow your career together with us, a successful candidate ideally should be able to handle Responsibilities:
**Administrative Support:**
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including arranging meetings, travel, and personal appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and business activities.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages, with professionalism and discretion.
**Operational Assistance:**
- Assist with day-to-day operations by coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and other partners.
- Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and orders are placed on time.
- Oversee and coordinate the setup and breakdown of events, including catering, equipment, and staff logistics.
- Handle petty cash and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
- Handle and assist for operational purchasing and dealing with suppliers.
**Project Management:**
- Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives, such as new menu launches or promotional events.
- Coordinate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
**Team Support:**
- Provide support to other team members as needed, including helping with administrative tasks and covering duties during absences.
- Foster a positive work environment by contributing to team morale and facilitating effective communication.
**Adaptability:**
- Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities and adapt to the evolving needs of the startup as it grows and changes.
- Tech savvy, ideally you are excelled in using software that will support your work and task (such as Asana/ Trello, Google Suites, Online meeting platform, basic Canva, etc.)
In a small startup, the PA role often requires wearing multiple hats and being flexible. It’s important for the PA to be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle various tasks with a high degree of professionalism.
