HSE Supervisor
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in HSE.
• Ahli K3 Umum certificate holder.
• Proficient in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3L, and PROPER
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety and environment regulations and implementation.
• Good understanding of waste management plan and HSE audit management.

Main Job Description:

• Develop and ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental management systems across business units.
• Perform effective HSE risk assessment and develop preventive measures and/or mitigations.
• HSE training management for employees.
• Supervise the implementation of waste management plan.
• Audit and review the implementation of HSE management system.
• Ensure HSE implementation in accordance with law and regulation.
