Desika Management is a growing Boutique Hospitality Management, Marketing and Consultancy company. We are currently owning and operating one boutique hotel in Pecatu, Bali and operating 7 villas in Pecatu, Bingin.
We are currently hiring to build the team to support the growth of the company.

The villa manager, will be supporting the head of operations, with the support of villa butlers and full team of villa attendants, gardener & security.

We look for the below skills and experience:
-Outgoing Personality, Great communication Skills & Willing to learn
-ATTENTION TO DETAILS to ensure the properties are well maintained and any needed maintenance is carried along quickly
-Prior experience in hospitality
-Great people communication skills

-Be the point of contact for guests to help them with any inquiries they might have (scooter rental, organising dinner, booking spa etc) with the support of the villa butlers. WE HAVE ALL THE CONTACTS ALREADY FOR THE CHOSEN CANDIDATE TO BE FULLY OPERATIONAL ON DAY 1.

-Do the check-in, check-out for guests with the support of the villa butlers.

-MANAGING the team of more than 10 people over all properties. Create the schedule based on upcoming occupancy, manage the team on day to day basis, making sure the level of services & cleaning are diligently followed. Report & support to the Head of Operations of the company.

-Collect all bills (expenses, work on guests bill) with the support of our finance team

-Job location: Bingin, Bali

Benefits include: BPJS TK, THR, service charge.

Pay: From Rp700,000,000 per month
