Job Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in packaging engineering or industrial project management .

• Proven ability to manage packaging BOMs , artwork development , supplier coordination , and cost/performance improvement projects.

• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams (Europe, Asia, North America).

• Strong understanding of quality standards , HSE rules , and serial production readiness .

Job Responsibilities:

To reach the industrial project target

• Define the packaging BOM and create the CSU packaging artwork and labels (CSU, CU and HU) for

  new ranges and revamping of existing ranges in relation with VWS P1 Project Managers and/or VS IAM

  marketing teams in Europe, Asia, N.A..

• Develop new packaging/artwork to meet customer requirement

• Propose and validate P0 actions for packaging in order to improve the quality/performance and / or

  reduce the costs of the Aftermarket packaging (CSU, CU, HU)

• Manage the schedule, resources and budget to reach the PTM Target until SOP, in line with CLEAN.

• Alert the managers when standards are not met

• Represent the project team organization of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.

• Define with the project team the packaging/ supplier process packaging, in order to meet performance and cost targets.

• Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development.

• Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.

• Manage the process development documentation.

• Close work with Project Buyer to organize pre-serial trials as part of ‘Serial production’ activity, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run; Participate to the Safe Start Checklist evaluation by the P0/P10 Project Manager and the preparation and implementation of the related Action Plan.
  

Ensure respect of:

• All Quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity (P-FMEA, Control plan, SPPC list…).

• All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.

• Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site.
  

• Properly manage activities for Customer satisfaction.
