What you’ll do

• Monitor, Verify and advise COMPANY that the Project is being built according to Contract approved schedule.
• Monitor schedule performance including quantity analysis and provide feedback to appropriate personnel in COMPANY's organizations.
• Review Level-3 schedules provided by EPC CONTRACTOR including identifying critical path, milestones, priority activities and target dates for completion, and provide a summarized integrated Project Schedule.
• Assist ISBL / OSBL EPC CONTRACTOR to develop Commissioning and Plant stop Revamp Schedule.
• Review schedule forecast viability and recommend the resource requirement to achieve the progress.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on the critical and near-critical paths including mitigation actions.
• Monitor that CONTRACTOR provides the required project control documentation.
• Report immediately any change that will affect the project schedule.
• Assist COMPANY to review site mobilization plan and pursue for required mobilization for all manpower / resources / equipment, etc.
• Attend all progress review meetings. The meeting shall be a working session with COMPANY to review progress and schedule related issues and opportunities, to identify actions, and to follow up on previously agreed actions for the Work to be performed and managed. Copies of appropriate progress, and schedule information shall be available for the meeting as required. Review and provide the input to all Project Control Minutes of Meetings.

About You:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Instrument / Engineering
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years and min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position at least for 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical Project (i.e., refinery Project, petrochemical, gas processing and LNG).
• Has minimum 15 (fifteen) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical Project (i.e., refinery Project, petrochemical, gas processing and LNG).
• Has experienced in the use of Primavera program to control of Schedule, Resources and Activity duration on construction and Commissioning projects
• Has an experience to analyze potential progress behind due to material delay, lack of manpower or low performance and predict impact to end of project schedule and propose suggestion to avoid project schedule delay.
• Has ability to prepare Level-4 or Level-5 of Commissioning and Startup schedule and monitor a CPM schedule for the project to identify the resources and time required completing the project.
• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule to determine potential areas of slippage and corrective action to be taken.
• Has ability to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to complete EPCC activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has ability in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality.
• Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices.
