Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of quality systems: A deep understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is essential.
• Solid experience in GD&T, measurement skill, statistic tools
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product design, and engineering principles is crucial.
• Project management skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with various teams is vital.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage PPAP submissions: Coordinate the submission of PPAP documentation to customers according to their specific requirements.
• Review and approve PPAP documentation: Ensure that all required documents, such as first article inspection reports, process flow diagrams, and control plans, are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and other departments to ensure that PPAP requirements are met.
• Address customer queries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide clarifications regarding PPAP documentation.
• Track and monitor PPAP progress: Ensure that PPAP submissions are completed on time and within budget.
• Continuously improve the PPAP process: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum D4 / Bachelor Degree graduate in mechanical, mechatronic engineering or industrial field study or person with relevant experience.
• Engineering Background with solid Experience in Mechanical area and some experience in Electronic environment is a plus.
