Job Title: Web Developer with ZOHO experience

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for integrating the client's website with Zoho CRM, setting up the custom company portal within Zoho, and potentially integrating Zoho with Xero
• Responsible for implementing the live chat tool (SalesIQ) and integrating it with Zoho.
• Responsible for setting up and configuring Zoho for the client's needs, including creating user accounts, customising workflows, and managing data migration
• Responsible for developing the custom portal that allows client to view deals, orders, quotes, invoices, and support cases.

Requirements:

• Having experience as CRM or Marketing Automation
• Excellent in Zoho Administrator (Mandatory)
• Calm, unflappable demeanour
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
