Wecruit Secondlab partner, Counterpoint Research, is looking for Fullstack Developer to join the company through Secondlab EOR employment contract scheme.
Counterpoint Research is a global research firm providing information and insights on the IT industry, including smartphones, 5G, and semiconductors. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Counterpoint Research employs analysts in Korea, India, the UK, the US, China, Taiwan, Argentina, and other countries worldwide. Their analysts each have over 10 years of industry experience, giving them a deep understanding of challenges faced in the field.

Project Description
Currently hiring for the Atlas Project, a mid- to long-term initiative to build an Agentic AI–based integrated information and search system. Atlas will standardize complex smartphone market data and deliver insights through causal analysis, incorporating Knowledge Graphs, SCM (Structural Causal Models), XAI, MDM, and Web-based DAO architectures.

Role Description
Design and implement backend-centric microservices to ensure smooth integration of AI and data processing modules. Build stable MDM systems, API communication structures between agents, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment environments.

Requirements

Experience:

• 2–4 years as Fullstack Developer
• 2–3 years at S&P-grade (large, reputable, established corporations) or unicorn companies

Skills (Required):

• Backend development with Python (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
• RESTful API and microservice design
• AWS operations (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
• CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field (IIT/NIT graduates or equivalent preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Container orchestration with Kubernetes
• Experience with MDM systems (OpenMDM preferred)

Selection process
