Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Business Head – Asia to lead and manage the overall sales, marketing, and operational performance across the Asian region. This role will be responsible for driving market expansion, strengthening regional presence, and particularly accelerating India market development, while coordinating with global leadership and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional sales, marketing, and operational activities across Asia
• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional growth strategy aligned with company objectives
• Drive market penetration in India, including channel development, project acquisition, and partnerships
• Build and manage high-value relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and key distributors
• Establish and optimize regional distribution networks and business channels
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, supply chain coordination, and project execution
• Set regional sales targets, budgets, and performance KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams and country representatives
• Collaborate with headquarters on product positioning, pricing, branding, and expansion plans
• Represent the organization in key industry events, trade exhibitions, and strategic meetings

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple markets
• Strong experience in Asia markets, with deep understanding of India business landscape
• Proven track record in project sales, channel development, and regional management
• Experience in premium/luxury segment products (building materials, interiors, architectural solutions preferred)
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to operate from a central office while managing multi-country operations
