Our services include part-time maid services, ad hoc home cleaning, office cleaning and commercial facilities services, aircon servicing, home mani/pedis, deep cleaning, and more. The Position: We’re looking for an HR Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Efficient document management such as printing and filing of documents
  • Applying for and cancelling work permits and other work passes · Assisting with day-to-day operations of the office
  • Handling cheque distribution and monthly staff expenses claim
  • Onboarding, offboarding and interviewing staff
  • Monitoring worker housing and find housing for new workers
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
  • Liaising with suppliers and requesting for payments to be put up
  • Accompanying workers to the airport or their accommodation when required
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or general affairs
  • Familiar with handling work permits, employee passes, and government-related documentation, particularly for expatriates
  • Proven experience in managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Experience supporting payroll-related activities, including payroll reconciliation and expense claims, is an advantage
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools, including HRM systems and payroll software
  • Demonstrates a fast learning curve with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems
  • Self-driven with the ability to identify gaps and develop initiatives independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
  • Willing to be based in Batam and travel when required
  • Demonstrates high integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Highlights

  • Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.
  • Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri. One day of WFH per week. These can be saved up to take a longer time of WFH.
  • Salary: IDR 10, 750,000 - 12,750,000 Gross per month
  • 13-month salary (Festive Allowance)
  • 1-2 month Performance Bonus
  • 0.5 month Company performance bonus
  • Total average 14 – 15 months salary a year
