What will you do

JOB DES – QA / QC

• Co-ordinate and monitor all execution and sub-contractors’ team and their works.

• Ensure the company and project quality procedure is implemented and follow up.

• Inspect and record all the materials received.

• Implement all the QA/QC systems.

• Conduct the inspection of all the materials receiving and installation.

• Review and inspect all the certificates and specifications.

• Interface and co-ordinates with consultants, clients for Qc matters

• Coordinate with third part inspectors/ agencies if required inspection activities

• Plan, organize & Implement test plans according to project requirements and consultant and client specifications

• Plan and conduct subcontractor inspection activities and review subcontractors works

• Inspect and supervise all inspection activities like civil & structural tests, inspections such a soil compaction, moisture content, gradation, concreate slump, concreate compression, survey line and grades etc.

• Organizing for surveillance and inspection activities as per the requirements

• Organizing for general inspection on all subcontractor works

• Providing necessary inputs, guidance to respective site staff for mote improvement and to achieve project feasibility.

• Monitors contracts with approved quality control plans make recommendations for improvement for standards.

Requirement:

• Degree from Civil Engineer, Quality Assurance /Quantity Control

• 15+ years experiences as QA/QC on site

• Having experiences in MFG / Industries company such as F&B , Oleochemical , Pharmacheutical, etc.

• Know about the Standard Quality Assurance /Quality Control on site.
