• Supervise and lead a test technician to handle subassembly and Box Build Test
• requirement.
• To be in charge of diagnosing ICT, FCT, and RMA failure boards and controlling test
  failure WIP
• Implement and Train Test Operators for New Product's test strategy including
  design for test analysis and feedback
• Prepare yield improvement, yield report generation, failure analysis, quality
  feedback, and maintain low WIP
• Periodic Calibration & Maintenance of all Equipment, Jigs and Fixtures
• Responsible in releasing and analyzing of Test yield report in a weekly,
  monthly ,quarterly ,yearly format.
• Responsible in generating and defining a test procedure of a product, maintaining
  and updating based on the present requirement, and coordination with DCC.
• Responsible in daily updating of test WIP. Work with SMT manufacturing engineers,
• Process Engineers and other cross functional groups to resolve maintenance issues,
  improve equipment reliability and minimize equipment downtime.
• Support continuous improvement activities for productivity and yield improvement.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management anyquality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of theproblem
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Have experience as same position min. 2 years
• To be able to perform failure analysis to determine root cause and reduce scraps due to unserviceable boards
• To be able to sets up test apparatus and equipment, and conducts functional testing.
• Recommends changes in circuitry if necessary to improve installation specification for assembly improvement, test method cycle time improvement, and products performance improvement
