• To report to Management Representative on the performance and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, and any need for improvement.
• To assist Management Representative on establishing, documentation, implementing and maintaining IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001 management systems for Automotive Division and IATF 16949:2016 for Wire Harness.
• To liaise with certification body on any matters relating to the Quality Management System auditing.
• To coordinate Internal Quality Management System Audit Program activity such as scheduling, execute the audit activity and generate report for AD Division and WH Division (related to IATF & CSR).
• To assist Quality Manager Attending to customer audit related to Quality Management System audit and other Customer Specific Requirement.
• To tabulate the monthly Quality Objectives data to monitor the performance.
• To tabulate the monthly Customer Complaint data to monitor the effectiveness and closure.
• To coordinate the Quality Improvement and 6S program at AD Division.
• Participating in supporting Automotive QMS related training in conjunction with company training program
• Participating in cross functional internal audit program of other QMS,EMS and future OHSAS as plan by OSIE Management Representative.
• Working with document control team to monitor the effectiveness of document control management system within AD division.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in engineering
• Proven work experience in software development
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• To be able to perform FA activities
• To be able to ensure that effectiveness implementation of Preventive and corrective action
• Able to conduct RCA and 8D Able to conduct VDA6.3 and VDA6.5, BIQS, IATF internal audit, AIAG CQ-17
• Able to facilitate improvement program with such improvement tools eg QCC, Six Sigma methodology, lean
