Job Description:

• • Responsible to reduce conversion costs (DVC Labour productivity, NDVC Labour efficiency, others)

• • In charge to identify, standardize and deploy across cluster, SPS & Smart best practices

• • In charge to lead large Kaizen and E-VSM transformation
  • Ensure site SPS compliance

• • Manage the end-to-end capacity

• • Ensure robust operating cadence

• • Train, and coach perimeter for sustainability
  • Areas of expertise: SPS, manufacturing operations, smart technologies, process design, material provision and handling, standard organisation, investment, cost analysis
