We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance RTR (Record-to-Report) Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
- Perform accurate and timely accounting entries in compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of accounts to ensure financial data integrity.
- Analyze financial data and reports to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in RTR processes.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
