JOB DESCRIPTION This position is responsible in allocating local finished good product release to ensure the right products are distributed to the right costumer in timely manner. Demonstrate high awareness on compliance standard (safety, food safety, GWP standard)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure precise allocation activities (quantity and quality) and adhere normal (FIFO/FEFO) or specific stock allocation requirement.
• Report and monitor product availability, product status, and order status to be executed on SAP allocation transaction.
• Coordinate with respected parties across department to ensure allocation transaction executed precise in quantity and quality.
• Proactively follow up product status and order status to get clarity on nearest orders RDD to avoid risk of order fulfillment failure.
• Responsible to distribute and communicate RJO and any request for sampling and relabeling activities. As well as ensure SAP status updated based on transaction.
• Create MTD sales update report and compilation.
• Review, inform and communicate SI/SSI loading requirement and escalate any amendment requirement occurred.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Meets/exceeds requirements for food and employee safety.

EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• At least possess Diploma in logistic management, informatics engineering, or similar
• 1 years’ experience in Warehouse/Logistic/QA/Manufacturing.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia & English, written & spoken
• Based in Bandung

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE/ TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Understand supply chain & production flow process
• Good understanding on product knowledge and quality parameters.
• Strong administration and logistic knowledge
• Familiar with Ms. Office (advance in Ms. Excel) and ERP such Oracle, Polomas, WMS, SAP, etc
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Able to work in a team or individually
• Understand GMP, safety, food safety, Halal, quality standards and procedures

• Able to work under minimum supervision, Fast pace and self-starter
• Tech savvy
• Good communication skill, creative, initiative & agile in communicating with stakeholders (internal & external)
