Our client a leading retail sales of gadget accessories company in Eastern Indonesia (Makassar) Looking for Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Create policies and procedures for all logistics activities that can support the creation of efficient operational processes and satisfy internal and external customers
• Design and implement strategies and technology related to logistics activities to support company competitiveness
• Ensure that goods and information flow activities are in accordance with established procedures
• Ensure the process of checking the quality of incoming goods from suppliers runs according to procedures and goods are distributed to stores and customers in the right quantity and quality
• Ensure inventory accuracy processes are in accordance with procedures and targets
• Provide clear goods receipt reports to departments that require them
• Make an analysis of handling non-conformity problems both for customer complaints and internal complaints and be able to determine the right solution
• Train and develop the entire logistics team regarding their respective roles and responsibilities and improve the team's ability to achieve the specified performance
• Design performance targets for the logistics department both organizationally and individually and be able to measure the results
