• Maintain accurate records and utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office or reservation roles

• Proficiency in Little Hotelier, OTA platforms, and Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
