We are looking for Project Deployment Leader who will be based in Plant Pasuruan with responsibilities of leading end to end process of market & operations projects deployment related to New Product Launch, Temporary Edition and Maintenance.

Your ‘day to day’

• Lead End to End project execution of market projects deployment related to New Product Launch, Temporary Edition and Maintenance with Operations stakeholder based on market brief on low to medium project complexity.
• Conduct feasibility with Global Specification & Packaging Lead and other Operations stakeholder to ensure product is feasible to be produced, capacity available and material lead time are achievable to the desired commercial date.
• Able to work independently in solving obstacle during project deployment by coordinating with relevant stakeholder to identifiy root cause, corrective and preventive action. Manage escalation to management level for decision making.
• Share project brief and coordinate with Global Specification and Packaging Lead to ensure development conducted accurately based on project timeline.
• Support on deployment of Global Operations driven initiatives for productivity opportunity and product improvement.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor Degree (Science, Business Management, Engineering, Exact Sciences or Allied fields) a related field with minimum GPA 3.00
• At least 2 years of experience in related area of expertise or project management.
• Experience in Project Management is preferred
• Experience in Supply Chain/PPMD System/Procurement/Engineering/QA/Manufacturing is a plus
• Good analytical thinking and fluent in English
• Fluent in Ms. Office
• System knowledge (e.g. PLM/SAP) is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Plant Pasuruan
