Berikut ini adalah persyaratan yang harus penuhi untuk melamar Operations Shift Leader - Boiler Power Plant PT Tasma Bioenergy Indonesia Pasuruan yang dibuka pada 23 April 2026 ini:

The position holder will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all site activities related to fuel warehouse activities, boiler operation, and maintenance activities. This position will be working based on shift schedule.

• Monitor boiler operation and others supporting equipment to achieve plant KPI. If necessary, changing process parameters to achieve this.
• Handle quality control of the boiler.
• Report of boiler operation, including but not limited to working pressure, steam flow-rate, feed-water flow-rate, water pH and conductivity.
• Report of other supporting equipment and safety issues for daily
• Manage appropriate biomass loading into the boiler, in coordination with the wheel loader operator
• Avoid any spills and ensure the cleanliness around boiler and warehouse
• Ensure team’s compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Provide problem solving and troubleshooting skills, work together with maintenance team
• Identify problem root causes and take effective action to resolve the problems at hand

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Boiler Operations, Computer Literate, Leadership skill
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
• Placement: Tangerang (Banten)
