Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Operation Associate who will contributes in merchant operations to create collaboration and strategize operation workflow. This role is required because we're looking for someone who can achieve successful results. In return, you get an opportunity to be part of the team to drive growth for Grab. This role is a contract-based role. Reporting to the Manager, you will be based onsite in our Makassar office and will work in a high mobility within Makassar Area or outside of Makassar.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Work with City Teams to provide ready-to-use validated pipelines of leads for acquisition team.
• Relationships building: Engage City team for their feedback and work with our partner operations, merchant operations and other stakeholders to find work away solutions;
• Understand about routing, scraping and validating data
• Accountable to ensure the delivery of end-to-end process, from planning to execution

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably in management, business, public administration, or engineering
• 2-3 years of operational handling.
• Capability to communicate with different partners and guide discussions at multiple management levels
• Interests in carrying out off-ground activities (including external partner engagement) - willing to be on the ground
• Capability to converse in English at daily conversation level
• Experience with the food delivery and validating process is preferable
• Comfortable to work using a laptop and several Sales tools/applications (ie. Salesforce)
