Sales Data & Reporting Update selling in & selling out sub-dist data and maintain sales tracking records repare regular sales reports and summaries in timely manner Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data and documentation FOC Order Processing Receive and process approved FOC (Free of Charge) orders on a weekly basis Coordinate with Roche warehouse and logistics teams and external logistics partner regarding the order fulfillment Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers Follow up on pending orders and update the relevant team accordingly Customer Data Maintenance Conditionally process and update customer data as requested by the team (e.g., mapping data, hospital universe, DDCR) Key Account Financing Record and reconcile KAC billing data, monitor double claims and summarize according to KAC accounts Process KAC bills that are sent directly (hard copy) Monitor the payment application process in MyBuy Product Destruction Management Compile product stock data for disposal Prepare and send approval requests to the Commercial Head and Finance Coordinate with the warehouse team on the product destruction schedule SFDC Admin Maintain customer and account master data in SFDC Reactivate accounts and contacts when necessary Create and maintain dashboards related to opportunities, call plans, and call rates Requirement : Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable university (local/overseas) 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or administrative support Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SFDC / Salesforce) is an advantage Experience in working with data / systems / analytics projects is plus Experience in the Healthcare Industry is a plus Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong data management and reporting capabilities Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative mindset, with the ability to develop strong partnerships
