Our client, a leading contact center service company, is currently seeking a dynamic Call Center Representative with proficiency in Japanese to join their team in Bali. This position is open to Indonesian candidates, ideally with a background in Japanese Literature, and welcomes fresh graduates as well as individuals with 0-5 years of experience. As a crucial member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Japanese-speaking customers
• Provide accurate and timely information, resolving customer issues effectively
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken)
• Indonesian nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature or related field is preferred
