Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversees all general Accounting operations & SOP, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and department problems.
2. Prepare and monitor financial reports (daily, monthly and annually).
3. Ensuring that the COGS calculation is in accordance with the transactions that occur.
4. Ensuring cash and bank records are in accordance with the proper transactions.
5. Able to perform Cash and Bank reconciliation.
6. Can understand the flow of the overall accounting process.
7. Problem solving related to problems in the Accounting & Finance Division.
8. Make a recap of monthly sales reports and ensure that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
9. Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audit.
10. Reviews budget reports and assists other departments to prepare annual budgets.
11. Coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return (MRP).
12. Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
13. Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
14. Performs other related financial duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
2. Having experiences/internships on the related field.
3. Mastering/able to use accounting software (ZAHIR ONLINE) is a must.
4. Understanding taxation: VAT, PPH 23 dan PPH 4 ayat 2.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
6. Fluent in English is preferred.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
1. Basic Salary: Rp4.400.000 - Rp4.700.000
