In this Role, you’ll get to

• Proactively follow up with potential suppliers to expedite contract signing and onboarding.
• Draft approval emails, prepare contracts, and track internal review processes to resolve bottlenecks.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely submission of required documents (e.g., bulk purchase policies, product details).
• Ensure direct-signed suppliers submit product sheets and complete pre-upload reviews.
• Assist the BD team in submitting promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with platform requirements for successful execution.
• Address operational issues reported by customer service and collaborate with suppliers to coordinate effective solutions.
• Monitor competitor pricing and other KPIs to identify and mitigate competitive gaps.
Track Meta ranking metrics and implement corrective actions for underperforming listings.

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in tourism, e-commerce, or contract management preferred
