What you’ll do
1. Review / Comment EPC CONTRACTOR Progress Measurement Procedure and prepare additional supporting document like Discipline Pie Chart for freezing weight factor between disciplines.
2. Verify Engineering Progress Measurement System (EPMS) by checking each deliverables progress are calculated as per agreed procedure.
3. Verify the transmittal in Aconex for each Master Document Register (MDR) document issuance status and approve the EPC CONTRACTOR's Engineering Progress.
4. Verify Vendor Document Register by checking each deliverables progress are calculated as per agreed procedure with supporting evidence it is already submitted to OWNER.
5. Verify Procurement Progress Measurement System (PPMS) by checking each PSR items progress are calculated as per agreed procedure.
6. Verify the supporting / evidence documents for each equipment / bulk material in Procurement Status Register (PSR) and approve the EPC CONTRACTOR's Procurement Progress.
7. Coordinate with Construction and Commissioning Team related to progress measurement.
8. Collect input from all Discipline to compile PMC’s weekly and monthly report.
9. Prepare the deviation of construction progress between EPC CONTRACTOR’s Monthly Progress Report and Invoice.
10. Establish and maintain files including latest revisions.
11. Review and analysis the Engineering and Procurement Progress by comparing Plan Vs Actual.
12. Expedite with EPC CONTRACTOR to take necessary action to achieve the required progress per week / month.
What you’ll have.
1. At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
3. At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
4. Has experience in updating and reporting project’s weekly and monthly progress report.
5. Has experience in subcontract and purchase order report.
6. Has a proven ability to verify successful and timely completion of Project Control with high quality and client satisfaction
