Job Description:

• Able to develop & maintain time standards inside the factory.
• Contribute towards DVC hours reduction by improving the process / methdology for better design & efficiency.
• Manage the Transfer price campaign by involving all stakeholders and prepare the DVC worked hours that contribute to product cost definition.
• Drive DT reduction inside the plant.
• Support and assit Methods engineer to deploy the Ergonomy standards across all production lines.
• Yearly review of time standards and maintain the database & prepare the headcount needs for the factory.

Qualifications: Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a must!
• Advanced level on Excel, Powerpoint, MTM equinoxe and SMB2;
• Fast learning and with ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment;
• Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach;
• Experience in process improvement, lean implementation .
• Must be willing to be based in Batam
