The Position: We’re looking for a Billing and Collections Executive.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Customer Service 2 years (Required)
• Problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in billing, collections, or administrative support (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate
• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, and online chat, to provide support and information about the services.
• Handle customer billing complaints by clarifying the issues, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Escalate advanced cases to the Operations team for resolution by providing necessary background information.

Office Location: Batam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp. 7,250,000 - Rp. 8,750,000 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (9am - 6.30pm SGT)

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus
