We are hiring: Recruitment Intern

Placement : Jakarta (District 8 - SCBD)

What you will do:

• Research and source for best-fit candidates
• Understand end-to-end recruitment process and job requirements
• Post ads in job portals and social media.
• Assist in talent/market mapping
• Research of potential candidate.
• Source and screen for candidates, sit-in for phone interviews and join senior consultants for face to face/ video interviews.
• Prepare profiles for shortlisted candidates
• Any administrative duties as assigned by your Immediate Supervisor

What we need:

• Min Bachelor Degree, Fresh Graduates / Semester 6-8 are open to apply
• 3 - 6 months internship
• Required full time : Mon - Fri (on site)
• Good Communication
• Willing to learn and improve
• Target and result oriented
• Fluent in English
