The Social Media Specialist role involves supporting the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, as well as assisting in the setup and monitoring of paid social media advertisements. Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, programmatic, affiliate networks).
• Optimize campaigns daily to achieve target KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
• Monitor performance data, identify trends, and adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives to improve results.

• Support affiliate marketing operations, including tracking, reporting, partner communication, and offer optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and internal dashboards.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and insights.

Requirements
