Our Customer Service teams play the starring role in our efforts to provide accurate and responsive service to our customers and agents, ensuring high satisfaction, growth, and retention.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Email, and related platform.
-Ensure quick responses to last-minute guest inquiries, particularly during peak hours.
-Adapt to flexible working hours, including shift schedule, to meet varying customer demands.
-Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate closely with team member.
-Work closely with field teams to ensure seamless operations.
