The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Develop ideas and proposals to potential acquisition targets through pitching
• Construct strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth by identifying market gaps and opportunities in High SES (Socio Economic Status) field
• Negotiate deals with potential acquisition targets
• Tracking the progress of each potential acquisition targets until onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in brand or acquisition
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)
• Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using Ms Excel
• Experience in e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
• Highly motivated and logical thinker with strong problem solving skills
