• Local expert for heat & surface treatment process

• Provide and Involve on productivity actions related to heat & surface treatment processes

• Work with cross functional team to trouble shoots any quality issues

• Perform technical / process audits at tier-2 suppliers on periodical basis to ensure the quality level

• Develop skill team competencies in line with East Asia expectations, Electrifier, deploy training,

• Provide technical support related to heat treatment and surface treatment process to the factories,

• Ensure the robustness of parts made by heat & surface treatment tier-2 suppliers,

Support manufacturing teams to deliver good products with committed quality level at the right service level with competitive cost through objectives of;

§ AOC

§ OTD

§ DPM

§ SIO

§ MBC, CAPEX, Etc

Job Related Experience:

• 2 years in Surface treatment and Heat Treatment

Business Understanding:

• Component cost structure, Mechanical Design, Continuous improvement and Kaizen

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

• Active English, Material selection, Engineering drawing (ISO8015), Quality issue problem solving skill, proficiency in Microsoft excel and power point

Qualifications

Diploma or/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
