We are looking for a Sales Executive who can join us immediately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales

• Prior exposure to chemical sales through trade or distribution channels is preferred

• Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory

• Willingness to travel with a proactive, go-getter mindset

• Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Analytical, adaptable, and eager to learn

Responsibilities:

• Create quotations or price proposals based on customer requirements.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other conditions.

• Learn and master product characteristics, functions, and usage.

• Provide customers with suitable product recommendations based on their needs.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure repeat orders.

• Handle basic product-related inquiries or complaints.

• Prepare regular activity reports (CRM, Pipeline, under development, Inventory Control)

• Follow up payment with customers

• Coordinate with the purchasing team regarding product availability.

• Work closely with the logistics team for delivery arrangements.

• Receiving inquiries forwarded from the customer service mobile phone.

• Providing price quotations and helping to coordinate the project.
