We are seeking a qualified individual to take on the role of leading a dynamic team in the enhancement and maintenance of our latest mobile internet HR software. This position involves collaborative efforts in planning, localising, enhancement development, and testing, along with active participation in software design, development and review processes.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team dedicated to the enhancement development and upkeep of HR software.

Collaborate closely with colleagues in Malaysia R & D Center to strategize, enhance, develop, and test software solutions.

Engage in various aspects of software design, enhancement, development, and review development processes.

Foster team cohesion and effective management.

Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions independently, minimal supervision.

Translate client business requirements into precise design for systems, applications, or processes.

Qualifications:
A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT projects, Product Specialist/Advisor/Consultant roles, or similar capabilities in HR software

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR software development with deep knowledge of Indonesia HR statutory compliances.

Current HR software product head with ambition to join a multi-national software company with mobile internet HR software will be highly encouraged to apply.
