Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to customers promptly and accurately.
• Ensure orders are complete and correctly presented before serving to guests.
• Maintain communication with kitchen staff to coordinate order delivery times.
• Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and take them to the dishwashing area.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Provide support to servers in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests
• Assist servers with additional tasks as needed, such as refilling water glasses and bringing additional utensils or condiments.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or dietary requirements from customers.
• Work collaboratively with the entire restaurant team to ensure efficient service.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by maintaining a professional and cooperative attitude.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to carry heavy trays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic and reliable.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic spoken English, with the ability to understand and communicate with customers and staff.
