Job Description:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in Indonesia and Singapore to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide effective solutions.
• Present product information, pricing, and proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
• Participate in regular virtual sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong sales acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls.
