The Role

This role is responsible for working closely with the Indonesia Country HR Leader, ASEAN HR Leader, and Indonesia business leader. Responsibilities will include supporting local HR operational initiatives such as the following:

• Be the local HR signatory for employment letters, visa letters, offer letters, separation agreements, immigration documents, etc
• HR focal for local government systems and submissions
• Monthly/annual employee update to government
• Be familiar with the different HR policies
• Prepare SSL files for one-time payment
• Holder of local employee files
• Support engagement and CSR initiatives
• Support local campus hiring and intern initiatives
Must treat all HR information sensitively and confidentially

Who You Are

• must have good communication skills
• can use Microsoft Office tools
• has 2 or more years of experience in HR or Corporate Operations
• local citizen required
good to have experience dealing with Health and Safety
