Management Trainee – Planning & Productivity Management

Job description:

• Perform comprehensive data analysis to determine productivity and cost efficiency within all Impack Group plant operations.
• Monitor all transactions related to projects, building maintenance, machinery, and spare parts.
• Calculate product costs and assess return on investment for all new product development and planning initiatives.
• Review and revise project CAD designs as needed

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields,
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in plastic manufacture,
• Preferably have a knowledge in:
  • Production process;
  • Polymer material;
  • Accounting; and
  • Project management.
• Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Have an experience with CAD would be advantage.
