Role Descriptions

As a global and fast-growing company, Lingua Learn is currently looking for a Part-Time SEO Specialist to join our team in Asia to work remotely.

The ideal candidate will be working only during the weekends (Saturday - Sunday), and should have at least 1 year of experience as an SEO Specialist with a bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication or related field, have an understanding of Basic SEO principles and practises, be skilled in writing, and have an analytical mindset. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush will also be a distinct advantage.

The summary of the Job descriptions is as follows:

• Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve our website rankings and organic traffic
• Assist in conducting keyword research and analysis, with a focus on the education field
• Help optimise website content, metadata, and structure under guidance from senior team members
• Create engaging, relevant content for the company blog and other media channels
• Learn to analyse basic content performance data and assist in preparing internal reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to various aspects of digital marketing
• Help monitor SEO performance metrics and contribute insights to the team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with
• Minimum experience 1 year in the same field
• Experience with content writing or blogging
• Strong interest in SEO and digital marketing
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with good writing skills in both languages
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
