• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a QA or Food Safety Auditor.
• In-depth knowledge of BPOM, HACCP, and Halal certifications, with a proven track record of managing certification processes.
• Proficient in developing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (additional proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with QC and Operations teams.
• Willingness to work in a mobile and agile environment.
• Willing to be based in Pegangsaan Dua, Jakarta Utara"

• Minimum Qualifications: Conducting regular audits at the Astro Central Kitchen.
• Facilitating periodic food safety training for staff.
• Analyzing operational issues and developing strategic improvements.
• Implementing and maintaining Halal, BPOM, and HACCP standards.
• Managing weekly analytical metrics, including reject rates, SLA, customer complaints, non-conformity, and rework rates.
• Managing all documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, and Forms) in preparation for external audits.
• Coordinating with Operations and QC teams to drive continuous improvement within the Central Kitchen.
• Collaborating with the pest control team to perform comprehensive pest analysis.
• Proficient in developing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Performing vendor assessments and managing related data processing.
